We hope that you are able to join us for the annual lunch. It will be held at The Carriers Inn, Delamere Road, Norley WA6 6NL, Telephone 01928 787877, O.S. Grid Ref. SJ 554721. The Inn will open at 9.30 am and lunch will be served at 12.30 pm. A lunch menu is attached. Margaret Wilson will lead a walk commencing from the Inn at 10 am. Please let Penny Clark know by 5th March if you plan to attend and whether or not you plan to walk. Penny can be contacted by email (penny@mpfclarke.me.uk), telephone (01928 787496) or at the AGM. If you are walking please inform the Inn of your menu choice prior to the walk. If you are not walking please arrive early enough to allow time for preparation of your meal prior to serving at 12.30 pm.

Members intending to walk should telephone the leader to confirm the venue, starting time and Map ref. before 7 P.M. the previous evening.
- Walks will start at the stated time; only a few minutes grace will be allowed.
- Guests are normally welcome but members should consult the Chairperson or leader before inviting them. Guests should be advised about adequate clothing and footwear before embarking on any walks.
